Landscape Bed Weed Control Application

Landscaping preemergent: Granular preemergent, designed to be safe for landscaping plants, will be spread on all landscape beds. Products should be watered in as soon as possible, done between April 15th and May 15th, and again between June 15th and July 15th. $100 minimum includes the first 10 pounds, $25 for every 5 pounds beyond the initial 10 pounds.

Landscaping weed control spray: All landscape beds will be sprayed by hand with a liquid non-selective herbicide to eradicate weeds and unwanted grasses in beds. These products can be harmful to landscaping plants if contacted directly. Lindquist Lawn leaves a minimum of an 8-inch buffer around all landscaping plants to prevent damage. Anything needing to be removed in or around desirable plants would need to be hand-pulled. It can be done anytime from June 1st to August 31st. $100 minimum includes the first 2 gallons, $25 per gallon after the initial 2 gallons.

Landscape bed weed pulling: Hand pulling weeds is charged by the man hour at a rate of $75 per man hour, $100 for the first hour, $100 minimum. Done anytime from June 1st to August 31st.

Turf Fertilizer and Weed Control Application

We offer customized plans for your personal needs or offer a general plan to cover all the basics throughout the season. We also offer many other turf care services such as fungicide applications, troubleshooting soil issues, fall root building fertilizer, pelletized lime applications and more. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Minimum cost per application is $75 per application and depends on area of turf being treated

Round 1

Granular slow-release fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass prevention will be spread on all turf between April 15th and May 15th. The timing of round 1 is controlled by how quickly the season changes and dictates the timing of applications for the remainder of the season. Watering products following application is recommended.

Round 2

All turf will be sprayed with contact spray weed control; Creeping Charlie will also be sprayed at this time. All curb lines will be sprayed for weeds and grasses. Done between May 15th and June 15th. Avoiding turf on the day of application is recommended.

Round 3

Granular slow-release fertilizer with grub control will be spread on all turf. Done between June 15th and July 15th. This application is not recommended for properties without an irrigation system or the ability to water manually.

Round 4

All turf will be sprayed with contact spray weed control, and all curb lines will be sprayed for weeds and grasses. Done between August 15th and September 15th. Avoiding turf on the day of application is recommended.

Round 5

Granular slow-release fertilizer will be spread on all turf, done between August 15th and September 15th. Watering products following the application is recommended.
