Core Aeration & Overseeding

Core aeration is a crucial step in maintaining a healthy, lush lawn. This process involves punching small holes in the soil to reduce compaction, improve airflow, and enhance water and nutrient absorption—all essential for strong root growth and a thicker lawn.

Best Time for Aeration

🍂 Fall (Recommended) – Ideal for alleviating summer compaction caused by foot traffic and dry conditions. It preps your soil for strong grass growth in the spring.
🌱 Spring (Alternative) – While an option, spring aeration can disturb weed prevention efforts and interfere with pre-emergent herbicides.

Enhance Your Lawn Care

Core aeration works best when combined with other treatments like:
✅ Fertilization – Ensures nutrients reach the soil for optimal growth.
✅ Soil Amendments – Improves soil health and structure.
✅ Overseeding – Helps fill in bare spots for a denser lawn.

Service & Pricing

  • Scheduling – Property owners will be notified a week before service to mark irrigation lines and underground fencing. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked systems.

  • Pricing – The minimum aeration service price is $150. Overseeding and soil amendments are available at an additional cost based on current product prices.
